These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. Please read these terms carefully. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of reservation.

Health Guarantee And Veterinarian Care

1. Health Examination

All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before they are delivered to their new homes.
A health certificate is provided with each puppy, ensuring the puppy is free from any life-threatening genetic or health conditions at the time of sale.

2. Health Guarantee

We offer a health guarantee covering congenital or hereditary conditions for a period of 6 months months from the date of purchase.
If a health issue arises within this period, you must provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian to be eligible for a replacement puppy or refund, as per our policies.

Ownership and Responsibilities
1. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of the puppy will transfer to you once full payment is received and the puppy has been delivered to you or picked up from us.
You are responsible for all costs associated with the care, feeding, and medical treatment of the puppy from the time of delivery.

2. Responsibility

You agree to provide the puppy with adequate care, food, shelter, and medical attention. PawSpot Frenchies is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused by the puppy after the sale is complete.

Returns And Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a health issue falls under the conditions of our Health Guarantee.
In the case of extreme circumstances, such as a medical condition or unforeseen family issues, we may assist in rehoming the puppy but cannot guarantee a refund.

Shipping And Delivery

We offer delivery services within certain geographical areas. Shipping costs are additional and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
We do not guarantee delivery times, as they are subject to weather conditions, transport availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Limitation Of Liability

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the purchase price of the puppy.
