As a responsible French bulldog breeder, we have a strict return policy in place to ensure the health and safety of our puppies. We offer a 10-day return policy for any puppy purchased from us. During this time, if the puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic disorder or congenital defect, we will provide a full refund or exchange for a healthy puppy of the same value. 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the puppy must be in the same condition as when it was purchased and must not have been subjected to any harm or neglect. We ask that all necessary documentation and medical records are provided to us to support any claims of genetic disorders or defects. We strive to provide healthy and happy puppies to our customers and hold ourselves responsible for the welfare of our puppies even after they leave our care.
