HEALTH CERTIFICATION

The Breeder certifies that this puppy:

• Has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments

• Has been examined by a licensed veterinarian
• Is in good health at the time of sale
• Has been microchipped for identification
• Comes from health-tested parents with documented results

TWO-YEAR GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

PawSpot Frenchies provides a two-year guarantee against life-threatening hereditary or congenital defects, including:

• Severe Hip Dysplasia (requiring surgical intervention)
• Heart Defects
• Spinal Abnormalities
• Genetic disorders confirmed through veterinary diagnosis

Should a life-threatening hereditary condition be diagnosed within two years:

1. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided
2. A second opinion may be requested
3. Owner will receive one of the following options: 

• Replacement puppy from next available litter
• Reimbursement of veterinary expenses up to 50% of the original purchase price

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This guarantee:

1. Requires maintenance of preventative care including:
   
   • Annual veterinary examinations
   • Timely vaccinations and parasite prevention
   • Maintenance of healthy weight
   • Age-appropriate exercise
2. Does not cover:
   
   • Conditions caused by accident or injury
   • Environmental allergies or skin conditions
   • Common breed characteristics (brachycephalic traits)
   • Parasites or communicable diseases after 48 hours of possession
   • Elective procedures
   • Stress-related issues due to relocation
3. Becomes void if:
   
   • Puppy is bred before 24 months of age
   • Medical conditions go untreated
   • Regular veterinary care is not maintained
   • Dog is resold or transferred without Breeder's knowledge

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Owner agrees to:

1. Schedule a veterinary examination within 48 hours of receiving the puppy
2. Maintain preventative healthcare as recommended by their veterinarian
3. Provide appropriate nutrition and exercise
4. Follow breed-specific care guidelines provided by Breeder
5. Contact Breeder immediately if any serious health concerns arise
6. Maintain regular communication regarding puppy's development

RETURN POLICY

If the Owner cannot keep the puppy/dog:

1. Breeder must be notified first and given first right of refusal
2. No refund will be provided for voluntary returns
3. Puppy/dog must be returned with all registration and medical records
4. Transportation costs are the Owner's responsibility

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS

1. This guarantee is non-transferable
2. Any legal actions shall be conducted in Fresno California
3. Owner shall be liable for any legal fees if breach of contract occurs
4. This agreement represents the entire understanding between parties
